Under Architects was  established in 2013, by Burak Ünder   in Istanbul and expanded recently with offices in Moscow.

In addition  to the architectural and interior design projects, we produce large scale master planning projects and provide real estate development and consultancy services with our partners.

Our  approach to design is holistic, and we believe that a good product can only be achieved through an integrated design approach. This method is based on working as a multidisciplinary team during all design phases. Practicing in an  environment with other disciplines such as contractors, developers, artists, composers, graphic designers and other creatives supports us in achieving bespoke design solutions for our clients. 

Through  our journey of over 20 years in this market, we created a network of complementary engineering and specialists consultancies that enable us to deliver projects of all sizes and types.

We have in house graphics and CGI departments that are  capable of providing highly professional visuals and graphics.
